A printer of food packaging utilizing flexographic printing presses was adding production capacity to serve their growing market share.
A printer of food packaging was adding a pollution control system to treat their emissions from a new flexographic printing press. Ductwork and dampers were needed to route the emissions to their new regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO). Also, ductwork from building to the distant RTO location required tall, engineered duct stands taking into considerations such as wind loads, etc.
Complete Air Fab (CAF) was chosen to provided our custom ductwork, isolation dampers and diverter tee dampers. In addition to fabricating the ductwork and dampers, our engineers designed and fabricated special duct stands to accommodate the high span required. For this project we provided on-site project management of our customer’s contractor to complete the installation of all components.
